Mike Rufail

Mike Rufail has worked in the gaming industry since 2007. Mike began as a professional player for Major League Gaming in 2007, then became the Owner and Chief Gaming Officer of OpTic Gaming in 2009. In 2012, they were an Esports Advisor for Activision and Treyarch Studio's Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, advising key game design features and core implementation of legacy esports features. In 2016, they became the Owner and CEO of Envy Gaming.

Mike Rufail attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a B.A in Media Studies with a focus in Moving Image and Sound.
