Jenna Geleff is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service and account management. Currently serving as Boomerang Account Director at OptiCall Inc. since March 2013, Jenna has honed skills in client relations and strategic oversight. Prior to this role, Jenna worked as a Receptionist at Elements Therapeutic Massage from June 2009 to April 2013, where foundational experience in the wellness industry was gained. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Alternative and Complementary Medicine and Medical Systems from Everglades University, attained between 2009 and 2013, and a Licentiate degree in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage from Berks Technical Institute, completed in 2009.
