Joakim af Winklerfelt

Joakim af Winklerfelt has extensive experience in project management and sourcing, with a focus on IT and vendor management. Joakim has worked in various roles for multiple companies, including Stena Group IT, W. R. Berkley Corporation, Svenska kyrkan, H&M, ICA Gruppen, Trygg-Hansa, Computer Sciences Corporation, Logica, and IBM. Joakim began their career as a Business Analyst and pre-sales professional at IBM in 1996. Joakim then served as a Project Manager at Logica and Computer Sciences Corporation before joining Trygg-Hansa in 2008. At Trygg-Hansa, Joakim held the positions of Contract Manager and later Project Manager, where they successfully delivered an online system for Commercial Insurance and implemented new online functionality for trygghansa.se. In 2016, Joakim transitioned to ICA Gruppen as a Sourcing and Vendor Manager (consultant) and later as a GDPR consultant. Joakim then worked as a Vendor Manager (Consultant) at H&M before joining Svenska kyrkan as an AM lead and research role. Joakim's most recent position was at W. R. Berkley Corporation as a System Manager. Currently, they are working as a Sourcing Specialist at Stena Group IT.

Joakim af Winklerfelt pursued their Bachelor's degree in System Science from Mid Sweden University between 1991 and 1994. In April 2020, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile Inc.
