Optics 1
Christine Martinez is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in production control, lean manufacturing, and earned value management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Optics 1 since May 2022, Christine previously held similar positions at Milpower Source, Inc. and LaunchWorks CDMO. In addition, Christine has extensive experience from tenure at L3Harris Technologies, where responsibilities included transitioning products from design engineering to manufacturing. Christine began their career as a Licensed Nursing Assistant at VNA Community Healthcare. Educationally, Christine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, completed from 2012 to 2016.
