Shawn Lacourse

Shawn LaCourse is an experienced Program Manager currently at Optics 1, with a robust background in product management and engineering roles at L3Harris Technologies spanning over a decade. Responsibilities at L3Harris included overseeing product life-cycle stages, developing product strategies, managing cross-departmental collaborations, and addressing component obsolescence. Prior to this, Shawn held positions as a Manufacturing Engineer, where expertise in creating manufacturing processes for complex electro-optical systems was demonstrated.
