Kiona Cuthrell

Kiona Cuthrell has over 16 years of work experience. In 2015, they began working at Aerotek as a Planning Analyst for TE Connectivity. At the same time, they started working at Forsyth Technical Community College's Economic and Workforce Development as a Trainer/Facilitator in Business and Industry, teaching all areas of Safe, Efficient and Quality based Manufacturing processes related to the LEAN and Six Sigma Methodology. Kiona also served as a Training Coordinator, creating training plans and managing training projects for local Manufacturing companies. In 2018, they started working at WIKA Instruments USA as a Manufacturing Supervisor. In 2006, they began working at Triad Guaranty Insurance Corporation as a Team Leader, training and directing the Defaults team in the areas of default research and Loss Mitigation initiatives. Most recently, they began working at OptiFunder in 2022 as a Project Manager.

Kiona Cuthrell obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from DeVry University between 2009 and 2013, with a field of study in Entrepreneurship. In 2015, they obtained a LEAN SIX SIGMA GREENBELT certification. In 2016, they obtained a PMP certification from PMI.
