David Speaks

David Speaks is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in construction management. Currently serving as an Engineering Construction Specialist at Optima Engineering PA since March 2020, David has previously held the position of Senior Construction Administrator at McKim & Creed, Inc. from January 2011 to February 2020. Earlier in their career, David worked as a Construction Observer at United Engineering Group from April 1996 to January 2013. David's educational foundation includes studying Drafting and Design Technology at Mitchell Community College from 1980 to 1981.
