Megan Padden, currently the Vice President of Government Programs & Compliance at Optima Health, has been with the company since February 1990. With a background in Medicaid and Medicare products, Megan also held the title of VP of Govt Programs & Compliance at Sentara Healthcare from 2001 to 2011. A graduate of Troy University with an MBA, Megan also holds a BA in Studio Arts & Psychology/Sociology from William & Mary. Megan is responsible for managing product development, service area expansions, and government relations across various health plan products.
