Currently serving as Executive Chef at Optima Living since February 2023, Subin has previously held positions such as Head Chef at SavoryBitz and Executive Chef at All Seniors Care Living Centres. With expertise in recipe development, menu engineering, training, team building, and business strategy, Subin has contributed to new restaurant openings and product development throughout a career that spans over 15 years. Previously, Subin has worked in prestigious establishments, including Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Royal Caribbean Group, and holds several degrees and certifications in restaurant and food services management.
