Matt Zohn has a diverse work experience in the fields of healthcare and technology. Matt is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Optimal Ticketing since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Partnerships at Artera from June 2021 to March 2023, where they played a key role in implementing the patient engagement platform WELL in leading healthcare systems. From March 2020 to February 2021, Matt served as the Director of Product at Olive, leading the clinical product team for Olive Works and introducing AI medication reconciliation workflows. Before that, they worked at healthfinch as the Director of Product Management, focusing on bringing the company to new EMR markets through strategic partnerships and launching their Prescription Renewal Request Solution in Cerner. Matt also has experience in product management and consulting roles at Intelligent Medical Objects, where they managed the development and implementation of procedure terminology solutions, and at The Vitality Group Inc., where they implemented SaaS employee wellness programs. Matt began their career as an intern at CVS/Caremark.
Matt Zohn has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, and Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Matt also attended Glenbrook North High School. In 2016, they obtained a certification as a Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level III (PMC-III) from Pragmatic Marketing.
