The Solutions Consultant’s mission is to be a thought leader throughout the sales process, ensuring prospects grasp the full scope of the Optimal Workshop platform. This involves enhancing their understanding of features like Participant Recruitment and additional value-added services.
The Solution Consultant will aid the Account Executives and Customer Success Managers in acquiring new clients and fostering customer loyalty and growth by expediting their journey to realising the benefits of Optimal Workshop.

This role will need a solid understanding of the B2B SaaS customer lifecycle, be able to inject thought leadership into customer relationships, and deliver world-class customer experiences through collaboration with Rev Team colleagues in Sales, Customer Success, Frontline Support, Revenue Operations and Marketing.

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Account Executives, Customer Success Managers) to understand customer needs and business goals

  • Develop strategic solutions aligned with customer initiatives, leveraging Optimal Workshop’s platform

  • Conduct impactful product demonstrations showcasing Optimal Workshop’s value proposition

  • Provide specialised product training and study support to users, ensuring optimal utilisation of the platform

  • Assist users with participant recruitment strategies and refine study designs for maximum effectiveness

  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, advocating for customer needs and contributing to product innovation through feedback and engagement activities.

What you’ll bring

  • Enterprise SaaS experience

  • Confident, knowledgeable and approachable in remote customer and user enablement in a fast-scaling organisation

  • Thought-leading and consultative with customers, especially stakeholders who influence buying and adoption

  • Excellent problem solving skills and obsessed with the customer journey and customer advocacy

  • Demonstrated ability to work across multiple stakeholders with different priorities.

  • Able to thrive whilst working remotely in a fast-scaling organisation

  • Capability to absorb a core understanding of Information Architecture, User Experience (UX) Research and what makes a UX-mature organisation.
