Jennifer Muchoney

Jennifer Muchoney is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as General Counsel for Optimas Solutions since September 2019, Jennifer previously held the position of General Counsel at NAMCO USA INC. from October 2013 to September 2019, where leadership involved overseeing legal and HR teams while advising the executive team and collaborating cross-functionally to mitigate risks. Prior legal roles include Senior Staff Attorney at Peregrine Financial Group, Inc., where legal counsel was provided to a major non-clearing futures commission merchant, and Associate Attorney positions at Walinski & Trunkett, P.C. and Coston & Rademacher, P.C., focusing on creditors' rights litigation and commercial equipment lease transactions, respectively. Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Loyola University Chicago.
