Jonas Steiling

Jonas Steiling has worked for a variety of companies since 2013. In 2013, they began a dual student role and a student internship with Seco Tools. In 2016, they worked as an Engineer Internship with SVQ GmbH and Wema Vogtland GmbH. Jonas also worked as a Graduate Student Assistant with Technische Universität Clausthal in the same year. In 2017, they completed a Master Thesis with STIHL Gruppe. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as an Intrapreneur for Digital Business Models at TRUMPF Innovation Harbour and a Development Engineer at TRUMPF. Finally, in 2020, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Optimate GmbH.

Jonas Steiling completed a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the Technische Universität Clausthal from 2016 to 2018. Jonas obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2016. Jonas also completed a Technical Designer program at Seco Tools GmbH from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, in April 2020, they obtained a ada | fellowship - Future Skills for Professionals certification from ada.
