Rubem Prandi, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rubem began their career as a Quality Engineer at Michelin, where they used machine learning algorithms to analyze machine data and improve tire manufacturing processes. After gaining expertise in the oil and gas industry, Rubem joined TechnipFMC, working as a Subsea Engineer Controls and later as a Subsea Lead Engineer Controls R&D. In these roles, they developed and optimized mechanical products and led a team of engineers. In 2019, Rubem transitioned to Optime Subsea as a Systems Engineer, helping the company scale up and develop innovative technologies. Rubem then took on the position of Business Development Manager and R&D Engineer, contributing to the company's growth and the development of groundbreaking technology. Currently, Rubem serves as the Global Director of Sales & Business Development at Optime Subsea, leading revenue growth and ensuring the achievement of targets. With their MBA background, Rubem brings a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership, and business development skills to their work.

Rubem Prandi, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Oil & Gas Engineering Business from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, from 2010 to 2014. Rubem also earned a Specialist degree in Piping Engineer from PROMINP / PUC-RJ in 2010, and a Specialist degree in Plastic and Rubber Processing from the Instituto de Macromoléculas da UFRJ in 2008. Prior to that, they completed their Graduation in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro from 2002 to 2007.
