Omodele Masha M.D.

Omodele Masha, MD has a diverse work experience in the medical field. From 2006 to 2009, they served as a Staff Physician at Ochsner Health, providing outpatient care and acting as an internist at a regional acute care hospital. From 2009 to 2015, they worked at CaroMont Health, initially as an Internal Medicine Hospitalist before becoming an Associate Program Medical Director. In this role, they oversaw the hospitalist program, including the launch of a pediatric hospitalist program and the supervision of physicians. They also managed the clinical operations of a neonatal intensive care unit and handled budget management. From 2016 to 2018, Masha worked as an Internal Medicine Hospitalist at MARGARET R. PARDEE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, and from 2016 to 2019, they served as an Internal Medicine Hospitalist at Frye Regional Medical Center. They also worked as a Staff Physician at Vohra Wound Physicians from 2017 to 2019. Currently, Masha is employed at OptiMed Hospitalists PLLC as the Medical Director, where they collaborate with organizational leadership to oversee a skilled nursing home division, manage daily operations of skilled nursing facilities, and provide clinical leadership and oversight.

From 1993 to 1998, they attended the University of Minnesota where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology, General.

Omodele then pursued their medical education at the University of Minnesota Medical School from 1998 to 2002 and earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.

Following their medical school, Dr. Masha attended Tulane University School of Medicine from 2002 to 2006, where they completed a residency program in Combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
