Mareike Both has a diverse work background with experience in various roles related to human resources, fitness, and project management. Their most recent role was as the Head of Human Resources at OptiMedis AG, where they started in July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an HR-Manager at the same company from August 2022 to July 2023. Mareike also worked as a Certified Personal Trainer at Original Bootcamp starting in March 2022.

Mareike Both completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sport und Gesundheit in Prävention und Therapie from Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln from 2009 to 2013. Mareike then pursued their Master of Arts degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Fachhochschule Kiel, which they completed from 2014 to 2017. Mareike further extended their educational qualifications by obtaining a Master of Business Administration in International Business Management and Languages from Universidad de Almería, which they accomplished in 2016.
