Sil O.

Sil O. has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. They started their career at Hawthorne Cedar Knolls School as an Assistant Director from September 1983 to September 1988. Following that, they worked at Vista Del Mar as an Associate Executive Director from September 1988 to February 1999. They then became the CEO of Optimist Youth Homes and Family Services starting in January 1999. Finally, they served as a Volunteer Reviewer at the Council on Accreditation from January 2014 to present.

Sil O. completed a BA and BSc degree in pre-med and psychology at Loyola of Montreal between 1965 and 1970. Later, from 1972 to 1974, they obtained a Master of Social Work degree from Boston College with a specialization in Group and Family Therapy.
