Marketa Fischerova

Marketa Fischerova has extensive experience in operations, HR, and office management roles. Marketa started their career in 2006 as a PA & PR Officer at English Just For You before moving on to Leo Burnett as an HR & PR Manager. Later, they joined Publicis Groupe, where they worked as an HR & Office Manager until May 2018 when they went on maternity leave. After maternity leave, Marketa joined Optimist Inc. in March 2019, where they currently hold a position in operations and HR.

Marketa Fischerova completed their Bachelor's degree in Humanities & Politics with a minor in Management and Journalism from Anglo-American University in Prague from 2001 to 2005. In 2007, they obtained a Diploma in An Integrated Approach to PR for the 21st Century from the London School of Public Relations. Additionally, they received a General State Exam in English from Akcent Language School in Prague in 2001. In 2012, they attended the Summer HR School, also known as Letní HR škola, and obtained a Diploma in HR.
