Donna Marino

Donna Marino has over 18 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting. Donna began their career in 2003 as an Account Manager with immixGroup. In 2005, they became the Director of Innovative Executive Search, where they built a database of over 2000 candidates. In 2008, they were the Senior Recruiter/Owner of Sinergia Seven, a contingency recruiting firm. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Senior Recruiter at immixGroup. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Arrow Electronics, where they performed full life cycle recruiting and identified top talent for the hiring manager. In 2015, they were a Contract Technical Recruiter at XO Communications and a Technical Recruiter at MetroStar Systems. From 2016 to 2022, they were a Technical Recruiter at OPTiMO Information Technology and a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Executive Information Systems, LLC.

Donna Marino attended Greensburg Central Catholic High School and then went on to pursue a BS in Business at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In June 2015, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification.
