Naveed Shahzad has been in the Information Technology industry since 2002. naveed began their career as a Helpdesk Specialist at Fiber Connections Inc. in 2002. In 2004, they became a Teller at Chevy Chase Bank, where they handled cash, incoming customer inquiries, deposits, and withdrawals. In 2006, they joined Intersections Inc. as a Web Support Specialist III, where they assisted in systems administration support for Unix systems, maintained DHCP, DNS, LDAP, AD and NFS services, and deployed enterprise J2EE applications on WebSphere 6.0. In 2015, they became an IT Manager at Integrated Management Resources Group, Inc., where they oversaw server environment consisting of different variants of Windows Servers 2003-2012R2, managed Active Directory, File Sharing, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, MS SQL Server 2008, ISS, and VPN services. In 2017, Naveed joined OPTiMO Information Technology as an Information Technology Support Analyst and later as an Information Technology Support Technician. In this role, they have 3 years experience with Azure Services and 7 years experience with Active directory services to manage endpoints and other management services for user and devices. naveed has also managed Device Inventory, implemented new next gen Firewall system, and managed Azure Intune Services to manage BYOD and corporate assets.

Naveed Shahzad obtained an Associate of Science degree in Information Systems from Northern Virginia Community College. naveed also obtained the CompTIA CySA+ ce Certification from CompTIA in September 2020.
