Adi Markus

Director Of Customer Success at Optimove

Adi Markus has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. They started their career in the Israel Defense Forces as the Manager of Operation Sergeants from 2003 to 2005. Following this, they worked at Tamir Fishman as a Trader & Shift Manager, executing trade orders and providing information to beneficiaries from 2010 to 2011. Adi then became the Director of Trade and Customer Service at Tamir Fishman, managing a team of traders and customer support agents and implementing training systems and incentive plans from 2011 to 2013.

In 2014, Adi joined Simless (Small World Ltd.) as a Product Manager for the Simless Platinum Club. They then moved on to Rodan + Fields, where they worked as a Product Marketing Intern and later as a Marketing - Project Manager, overseeing various projects, collaborations, and promotions.

In 2016, Adi took on two consulting projects. They worked as a Business Development Consultant for Simless (Small World Ltd.) and as an Interim Marketing & Operations Manager for Effective CPM, where they played a key role in establishing marketing strategies, managing communication with advertisers and negotiations with publishers, and representing the startup at events.

Adi joined Optimove in 2017 as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for training, support, and building relationships with clients in North and South America. They then progressed to become a Team Lead - Customer Success Manager, managing a team of Customer Success Managers, overseeing the execution of QBRs and Success Plans, and serving as the Executive sponsor and escalation point for clients. In 2021, Adi became a Senior Customer Success Lead before transitioning to their current role as the Director of Customer Success at Optimove.

Adi Markus holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from Baruch College, which was completed between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, Adi obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, earned between 2007 and 2010. Additionally, Adi obtained an Investment Marketing License from the Israel Securities Authority in May 2012.
