Lacey Gaitan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Lacey started their career at Dell as an Account Manager in the Preferred Corporate Accounts Division, where they successfully managed customer relationships and exceeded sales quota.

After Dell, they worked at Newgistics as a Marketing/Business Development professional, responsible for developing and executing marketing programs to generate revenue. Lacey collaborated closely with the sales team and achieved significant growth in marketing-sourced revenue.

Lacey then joined Oracle, where they played a pivotal role in establishing marketing processes for Oracle Data Cloud and managed demand generation. Lacey also led field marketing efforts and focused on account-based marketing strategies to engage CMOs at target accounts.

Next, Lacey worked at Hangar Technology as a Marketing Manager, focusing on growth marketing and marketing operations. Lacey played a key role in building the company's technology foundation and executing the go-to-market strategy.

Lacey also worked as a Senior Field Marketing Manager at Evernote and as a Marketing Consultant before joining Dropoff as the Director of Marketing.

Recently, Lacey worked at 6sense as a Senior Marketing Manager, where they led the communities team and managed the strategy and execution of sponsored communities.

Their most recent position is with Marrina Decisions, where they serve as the Senior Demand Generation Manager, responsible for communities and partnerships.

Currently, Lacey holds the position of Director of Growth at Optimove, where they oversee growth initiatives for the company.
