Greg Benner

Greg Benner has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Greg is currently working as a Software Engineer ML at Optimus Ride since April 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Robotics Software Engineer at Neya Systems LLC from July 2018 to 2020. In this role, they worked on developing advanced unmanned systems and off-road autonomy/self-driving vehicle technologies. Before joining Neya Systems LLC, Greg worked as a Consultant at Nextdroid from June 2017 to January 2018. Greg also worked at Cognika Intelligence and Defense Solutions as a Principal Software Engineer, specializing in deep learning and machine learning for video analytics applications, from 2011 to 2017. Prior to that, they served as a Tech lead at Thomson Reuters from 1996 to 2010 and as a Software Developer at AT&T New Media Services / Interchange Online from 1995 to 1996.

Greg Benner has a diverse education history. Greg attended the Harvard Extension School from 2011 onwards, focusing on information technology. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from Wagner College and a Master of Arts degree in Applied Mathematics from Hunter College.
