Kevin Hastings is the Group CEO at Optio. Kevin has over twenty years of experience in the insurance industry, having founded and managed Jansen and Hastings / BMS Group from 1996 to 2010. Prior to that, Kevin worked as a broker at Alexander Stenhouse, Horrace Holman, and Newman Martin and Buchan.

Kevin Hastings attended Aylesbury Grammar School.
