The executive team at Optio has a history of experience in operations management and information technology. The team has worked at various companies, such as Jansen & Hastings, BMS Group, and BMS International Intermediaries Ltd. They have also founded and managed their own companies, such as Bay Risk Services LTD and Cove Programs. In addition to their work experience, the team has also pursued education in business management and information technology at universities such as The Open University and the University of Nottingham.
