Brian Belongia

Brian Belongia has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Brian started their career at Target in 2007, where they held positions such as Store Team Leader, District Team Leader, and Regional Pharmacy Leader. In these roles, they were responsible for hiring talent, driving revenue and profit, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Brian also led special projects, including improving staffing and culture of clinic teams. From 2013 to 2015, Brian served as the Pharmacy Operations Manager at Thrifty White Pharmacy. Brian then joined Omnicare, a CVS Health company, where they worked as the General Manager and later as the District Director of Operations from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Brian is the Senior Director of Operations at Option Care Health.

Brian Belongia attended Viterbo University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Marketing.
