Philip Hand

Philip Hand is currently the Programme Manager for the Ghana Somubi Dwumadie disability inclusion programme, with a focus on mental health. Prior to this, Philip held positions such as Disaster & Resilience Programme Manager at British Red Cross, Programme Manager at HelpAge International, and Programme Monitoring Advisor at Sightsavers. With a background in graphic design and experience in various roles within the printing industry, Philip also holds a postgraduate diploma in Development & Environment from The Open University.
