Hants Williams

Hants Williams is the Director of Clinical Research at Options MD. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Clinical Informatics and Operations at VirtualHealth, a cloud-based care management solution that manages 8+ million lives. In this role, they were responsible for the development and implementation of data visualization toolsets, patient-centered assessments, and empirically-based care pathways. They also supervised a team of clinicians, product managers, and engineers to develop and test new software technologies around health data. Prior to their work at VirtualHealth, Hants Williams worked at Nex Cubed, inRecovery - Addiction Recovery, and Stony Brook University.

Hants Williams earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nursing from Duke University. Hants also holds a BS in Nursing from San Francisco State University and a BA in behavioral science and psychology from San Jose State University. Hants is certified as a Public Health Nurse and Registered Nurse by the Board of Registered Nursing and as a Six Sigma Green Belt by MSI / IASSC.

Hants Williams reports to Morgan Hewett, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Michelle Drapkin - Medical Advisor, Kyle Pierce - Co-Founder & COO, and James Weinberger - Medical Co-Founder.
