The Role

The Sales Executive, while primarily based in London, as part of an international team will travel the world to work on a face-to-face basis with our clients, while learning from our experts in New York, Singapore, New Zealand, London and Belfast. They would serve as the face of the company to our clients and be Option’s primary representative in developing, maintaining and expanding relationships with them, using existing and potential networks of industry contacts to generate new business. The timely and successful delivery of Options’ solutions to customer needs and objectives would be paramount to the role.

We’re looking for someone who has technical proficiency in:

  • 2 - 5 year’s proven work experience within Account Management, Relationship Management or relevant role.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Technology or Engineering.

  • Experience of and working with Salesforce, Confluence and JIRA.

  • Demonstrable verbal and communication skills including presenting to and influencing key stakeholders both internally and externally.

  • Customer Service in a B2B environment. Hands-on experience in sales including pre-sales, the identification of new business prospects and meeting quarterly and annual targets.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.

  • Hands-on experience in sales including pre-sales, the identification of new business prospects and meeting quarterly and annual targets.

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

  • Experience in a Business/IT/Management/Sales field or equivalent.

  • Experience in Project Management.

Typical Job duties would include:

  • Becoming a solution partner and trusted advisor to clients.

  • Planning key activities conducive to Account Management.

  • Maintaining client relationship and trust and answer client queries.

  • Expanding existing client relationships to sell additional solutions and services.

  • Identifying new business opportunities, developing new sales leads and prospecting for new professional services engagements.

  • Qualifying and follow-up of sales leads developed through the Options Marketing function.

  • Preparing proposals and technical Scopes of Work (SOW) and negotiating contracts and agreements.

  • Preparing internal reports surrounding sales metrics and present them to senior management.
