Joshua Haywood

Joshua Haywood is a seasoned technical support professional with experience in various roles within technology and retail environments. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Options Technology since November 2022, Joshua previously worked as an IT Support Specialist at netlogicdc from April 2021 to November 2022. Prior to these positions, Joshua gained valuable management experience at Bose Corporation, where roles included General Store Manager, Store Manager, and Assistant Manager from March 2015 to February 2021. Joshua holds a degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, completed between 2010 and 2015, and graduated from Putnam City High School in 2010.
