Mark Marwood

Mark Marwood has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mark began their career as a Case Worker at the MoJ Employment Tribunal Service in 2009 before moving on to become an Administration Assistant at Nissan Technical Center Europe in 2010. In 2013, they completed a marketing internship at Eaton Corporation, where they conducted market research and managed a large-scale incentive project.

Marwood then pursued a Bsc (Honors) in Marketing at the University of Ulster from 2011 to 2015. After completing their degree, they joined Options Technology in 2015 as a Technical Services employee and eventually transitioned to the role of Technical Account and Project Manager in 2016. During their time at Options Technology, they successfully delivered clients to their platform, managed the onboarding of clients onto their platform, and worked closely with compliance and regulation teams to ensure cyber security and regulatory compliance. Mark demonstrated leadership by developing new initiatives for in-depth reporting and expanding into new markets.

Most recently, Marwood held the position of Vice President of Account Management at Options Technology starting from May 2022. Overall, Marwood has gained extensive experience in account management, technical project management, compliance, and cyber security within the financial industry.

Mark Marwood attended Harvard Business School Online in 2020, where they studied Business/Managerial Economics, Finance, and Analytics. From 2011 to 2015, Mark pursued their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Marketing at Ulster University. Prior to that, between 2003 and 2007, they attended Parktown Boys' High School, where they obtained a Matric Exemption.
