Greg has also held leadership positions at Employer Solutions Group and Soden Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. In these roles, they were responsible for sales, marketing, new business development, service delivery, operations management, finance, and key carrier partner relationships. Greg has a proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing teams.

Greg Soden has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business, Management, Marketing from Colorado State University. Greg is certified from The Institutes in Accredited Advisor in Insurance and Health Care Administrators Association in Certified Self Funding Specialist.
