Juliana Snarski

Juliana Snarski is a software engineer with experience in both industry and academia. Juliana is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Network Perception, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Junior Developer at Optivolt Labs in 2020. From 2018 to 2015, Juliana held the position of Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they worked with quantum encryption protocols and completed a formal security proof of the group's quantum encryption scheme. Before that, they were the Co-Founder of Kofman Technologies, a first responder tech start up based out of UIUC. During their time there, Juliana and their team developed three hardware prototypes and received recognition from the Cozad New Venture Competition, TechNexus & DHS Emerge Accelerator, iVenture Accelerator, DHS Future of First Response think tank, and City of Urbana small business grant/co-lab.

Juliana Snarski attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2014 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
