Urška Stanovnik

Urška Stanovnik has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Urška began their career as a Student in the HR department at NLB d.d. in 2012. Urška then worked as a Student at O.K. Consulting from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they joined Atlantic Grupa as an HR Intern, and later progressed to the role of HR Specialist Junior, where they focused on selection and recruitment, as well as organizing workshops and team buildings. Urška then became an HR Operations Specialist, handling operational HR activities and projects. In 2015, they took on the role of HR Recruiter for Slovenia, BIH, and Russia, responsible for recruitment and onboarding processes. Their most recent role is as the Chief Happiness Officer at Optiweb - Web Specialties, where they have achieved various HR accomplishments including implementing onboarding processes, mentorship programs, and HR software, as well as improving candidate and employee experiences. Urška has also received HR awards for their motivation projects.

Urška Stanovnik obtained a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Ljubljana, where they studied from 2008 to 2013.
