Joseph Maloney

Joseph Maloney has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Joseph has worked at Optoro since 2019, starting as a Platform Stability Analyst and progressing to Manager, Senior Manager, and currently Director of Client Support. Prior to that, Joseph founded Cousins for Carol in 2013, a non-profit organization focused on supporting cancer patients and their families. Joseph served as the Board Vice Chairman and IT/Marketing Officer, managing fundraising events and maintaining a donation database. Joseph also worked as a Senior A/V Technician at American University Washington College of Law from 2008 until 2019, where they analyzed IT challenges, supervised a team, and utilized data reports for resource management. Joseph gained experience in merchandising and customer service as a Merchandise Receiver at Tree Top Kids from 2006 to 2008.
