Ricardo Menendez is the SVP of Operations at Optoro. Ricardo has over 20 years of experience in the operations and management field.


Ricardo started their career at Kodak de Mexico in 1992 as a Manufacturing Manager. Ricardo then became a Partner at Polytek, an injection molding manufacturing company, in 1998. In 2001, they took on the role of General Manager at ModusLink and held that position for 10 years until 2011. After a brief stint at Replico Corporation as VP of Operations from 2011 to 2013, Ricardo joined Optoro in 2013 and has been there ever since.


Ricardo Menendez is an industrial engineer who graduated from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara.


Their manager is Tobin Moore, Co-founder & CEO. They are on a team with Adam Vitarello - Co-Founder and President, Omar Elitreby - General Manager, ReCommerce, and Casey Chroust - SVP, Client Success.
