Heidi Braeken

Customer Service Representative at Optos

Heidi Braeken began their work experience in 2008 as a Quality Assurance Advisor at the Glasgow Housing Association. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Deputy Team Leader at The Indigo Lighthouse Group, where they worked until 2012. Starting in 2013, Heidi worked as a Customer Services representative at Premier Hytemp until mid-2014. Since 2014, they have been working as a Customer Service Representative at Optos.

Heidi Braeken attended KU Leuven from 1983 to 1985, where they pursued a degree in Political Science and Government. Following this, from 1985 to 1987, they studied at Hogeschool PXL and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
