Jennifer Coste has a diverse work experience in various roles. Jennifer started their career in 2001 at Aramark Harrison Conference Centers, where they worked in sales for six years. In 2007, they joined Optos as a Customer Service Team Lead and eMarketing Programs Specialist. Jennifer later transitioned to the role of Business Development Specialist and finally served as a Customer Service & Contracts Specialist until 2014.

Jennifer Coste attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1994 to 1998, where they studied Finance & Operations/Hospitality. Jennifer earned a degree in Hospitality during their time at the university.
