Account Manager at Optos

Stewart Speiser has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stewart began their career as a Basketball Coach at Hofstra University in 2006. After that, they worked as a Professional Lifeguard at the Nassau County Department of Parks & Recreation from 2009 to 2011, where they ensured the safety of patrons and conducted swim lessons. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Teacher's Assistant at the New York League for Early Learning, providing classroom support to students with developmental disabilities.

In 2012, Stewart joined Parchem – fine & specialty chemicals as an Internal Business Sales Specialist, handling new and existing accounts across various industries. Stewart analyzed chemical markets and product trends to assist with strategic business planning.

In 2013, Stewart joined Bausch + Lomb as a Vision Care Sales Associate, participating in an intensive training program on selling skills and territory management. Stewart managed an internal territory of over 400 Optometric Practices and developed trusted relationships with doctors and office staff. From 2014 to 2016, they served as a Vision Care Territory Manager, achieving 107.6% quota attainment.

Starting in 2016, Stewart worked at SUN PHARMA as an Ophthalmics Account Manager, responsible for managing accounts until 2018. Stewart is currently working as an Account Manager at Optos, a role that began in 2018.

Stewart Speiser received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from Binghamton University, from the period of 2008 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained various certifications. These include Professional Selling Skills from MHI Global in July 2013, HAZMAT from J.J. Keller & Associates, Inc. in October 2012, Mandated Child Abuse/Neglect Reporter from New York State in June 2011, CPR/AED from the American Red Cross in May 2011, and Lifeguarding/First Aid from the American Red Cross in May 2011.
