Craig Burns

Craig Burns has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Craig currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at OptTek Systems, Inc. since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at Burns Financial Services since January 2012. In 2013, they held a managerial role at Xentity Corporation for a period of seven months. From 2005 to 2011, Craig served as the VP Finance and Controller at Fetch Technologies, transitioning into their private consulting practice in December 2011. Craig successfully guided Geosemble from start-up through acquisition during this time. Before that, they worked as a Supervisory Accountant at PBC inc. from June 2005 to August 2007. Craig's earlier experience includes working as an Accounting Director/IT Specialist at Junction City-Geary County Health Department from August 2003 to May 2005, where they were responsible for financial activity, budgeting, and reporting to the Board of Directors. Craig Burns attended Highland Community College from 1998 to 1999, where they studied Business Administration. Craig then went on to Kansas State University from 1999 to 2002 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
