Rishitha Kokku is an experienced Senior Software Engineer and Salesforce DevOps Engineer at Optum since October 2016, specializing in designing, developing, testing, documenting, and deploying high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform. Prior to this role, Rishitha worked as a Salesforce Developer and Salesforce DevOps Engineer at Verizon from September 2014 to October 2016, focusing on various Salesforce standard objects including Campaigns and Leads. Rishitha began the professional journey at Axel Technologies Pvt Ltd, serving as a Salesforce Developer and Salesforce Administrator from September 2013 to July 2014, and actively participated in requirement gathering during project planning and implementation.
