Afifah Mazhar

Afifah Mazhar has had multiple roles in the field of user experience design. Afifah started their career as an Augmented Reality (AR) Student Researcher at The Center for Simulation and Synthetic Humans at the University of Texas at Dallas in June 2020. Afifah then moved on to work as a User Experience Engineer at Edugence from January 2021 to September 2021. Currently, they are working at Optym as a User Experience Designer since October 2021. Alongside their professional career, Afifah also held the position of Lead Designer (Officer) at Hack to Help at UT Dallas starting from January 2021.

Afifah Mazhar completed their Bachelor's degree in Design and Production and another Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas. Afifah obtained their Bachelor's degrees from 2018 to 2022. Afifah also earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university between 2020 and 2022. Additionally, they obtained the OSHA 10-hour certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute in August 2018.
