Ani Asatryan

Ani Asatryan has extensive experience in the field of human resources and administration. Ani began their career at World Vision as an Executive Administrative Assistant from July 2016 to April 2017. Ani then joined Optym, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant from April 2017 to June 2019. In this role, they assisted with day-to-day HR operations, scheduled meetings and interviews, maintained employee information, and was responsible for social media and event management. Ani was then promoted to the position of HR and Admin Assistant from June 2019 to January 2020, where they continued their HR duties and took on additional responsibilities such as running HR events and maintaining internal and external communication. Ani further advanced their career as an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition from January 2020 to December 2020, where they were responsible for sourcing, screening, recruiting, and onboarding new hires. Ani then took on the role of a Human Resources Generalist from January 2021 until their most recent role as an HR Manager starting in January 2022. In all their positions, Ani has demonstrated strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of HR processes.

Ani Asatryan obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Cross-Cultural Communication from Yerevan State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
