Theodore Endresen has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to the present. Theodore began their career at North Bay Energy as an intern, where they analyzed natural gas output data to project future output and assist in nominations. In 2016, they worked as a Front Desk Attendant at The Park Place Hotel, handling customer inquiries and reservations while developing customer service skills. That same year, they also served as a Video and Events Intern for the University of Michigan Football Team, responsible for planning game-day and recruiting events and managing transportation logistics. From 2018 to 2019, Theodore worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan Center for Healthcare Engineering and Patient Safety (CHEPS), focusing on scheduling and operations research projects. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Research Scientist at Optym, where they utilize their expertise in operations research.
Theodore Endresen began their education at the University of Michigan in 2015, majoring in Industrial and Operations Engineering. In 2017, they participated in a study abroad program at the UM-SJTU Joint Institute, Shanghai Jiao Tong University in China, where they focused on engineering. Theodore completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan in 2019. After that, Theodore pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Management Science and Engineering at Tsinghua University from 2019 to 2021.
