Andrei Baciu

Andrei Baciu is currently a Services Delivery Manager at Optymyze. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Business Analyst at Vodafone Romania from November 2013 to February 2015. In this role, they were responsible for gathering user requirements, conducting interviews and focus groups, designing business flows, and providing feedback for design and analysis. Andrei also worked as an IT Consultant at Synygy from June 2010 to November 2013. In this role, they were responsible for conducting monthly unit overview conference calls, participating in conference calls and meetings with clients, coordinating teams, and leading the design, implementation, and testing phases for system changes. Andrei has also mentored junior team members and provided guidance and assistance in their development.

Andrei Baciu has a Master's Degree in Economic Cybernetics from the Academia de Studii Economice din București and a BS in the same field from the same school. Andrei also has certification from Coursera in Digital Transformation and from the German Minister of Education and Cultural Affairs in Deutsches Sprachdiplom, Stufe II - German Language Certificate (C1).
