Ng Ka Fai (Keith Ng)

Ng Ka Fai (Keith Ng) has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Ng started their career as a Tearista at Tealive in December 2015 and worked until November 2016. Ng then worked as a Kitchen Food Server at myburgerlab from October 2017 to August 2018. Following that, they joined foodpanda as a Partner Service Executive from July 2018 to March 2019. Ng then worked in customer service at Globee GBS as a Customer Service Representative from April 2019 to April 2020. Ng then transitioned to Scicom MSC Berhad, where they held the role of Technical Support Executive from May 2020 to November 2021, and later moved to the position of Technical Support Specialist from October 2021 to December 2022. Currently, Ng is working as a Desktop Support Engineer at OPUS IT Services Pte Ltd starting from January 2023.

From 2017 to 2019, Ng Ka Fai (Keith Ng) pursued a Diploma in Business with Information Technology at the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU / APIIT).
