Kerry Tupper

Kerry Tupper is the Head of Digital Transcription at Opus 2. Kerry has over 10 years of experience in management and training, and has been with Opus 2 since January 2009.

Kerry has a wide range of experience in different aspects of transcription, including customer complaints,Before-the-Event (BTE) insurance claims, operational efficiency, and project management. Kerry has played a key role in several successful projects at Opus 2, including the implementation of new client systems, the planning of office moves, and the development of internal quality frameworks.

Kerry is a highly skilled and experienced transcriptionist, and their work has helped to streamline the claims process and make it more efficient. Kerry is passionate about their work and is always looking for ways to improve the transcription process.
