About Us: ORACLE Lighting, a pioneer in the automotive industry, is dedicated to crafting innovative LED solutions. We're expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to join us.

Oracle is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong accounting skills to be part of the Marketing Team as the Director of Marketing. This position will lead the sales department and manage all sales operations, including developing sales department strategies, training staff, and setting sales goals. The Director of Marketing will set strategic marketing goals, develop a marketing plan, evaluate marketing campaigns, and supervise the teams.

As an Oracle Lighting Director of Marketing, you will:

  • Supervising, training, mentoring and motivating the marketing team

  • Setting strategic marketing goals

  • Developing a marketing plan

  • Evaluating marketing campaigns

  • Monitoring activities from competitor’s, including recent campaigns and product releases

  • Establishing key performance indicators for marketing projects

  • Connecting with media professionals to generate publicity for the brand

  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing department to develop effective promotion materials

  • Leading the recruitment, hiring and onboarding process for marketing team members

  • Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company

  • Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service

  • Develop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with current company standards

  • Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and a/b testing and reporting

  • Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance

  • Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance

  • Analyze various data in order to deliver data driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve kpis

  • Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a similar area (or min10 years experience)

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience

  • Salesforce experience
