We specialize in designing and developing innovative solid-state LED solutions for the automotive aftermarket/off-road industry. ORACLE Lighting’s dedication to quality has allowed us to become a leader in our industry. We’re seeking an experienced quality assurance specialist who can build upon and improve existing processes. The ideal candidate is an exceptionally organized, methodical professional who has the experience necessary to take our products to the next level in accuracy, quality, and reporting.

Position Objectives:

  • Study, build upon, and further develop existing quality assurance standards.

  • Maintain compliant and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.

  • Improve standards for the product team and add new testing protocols as needed.

  • Apply PPAP procedures and documentation for new products.

  • Track levels of product returns to identify possible issues.

  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors when corrective action is needed.

  • Pursue continuing education in new solutions, technologies, and skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables.

  • Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels to management.

  • Submit Corrective Action Report with suppliers when an issue is identified.

  • Investigate any reports of product quality issues and present findings to product specialist.

  • Develop/ update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of end-user feedback.

  • Provide training and support to quality assurance team members that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Computer skills including database management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management.
  • Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA is preferred. ­­
