Esther Schmid

Esther Schmid has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Esther most recently served as the Chief Operating Manager at Oracle Solicitors since April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Geschäftsführerin at Köhler-Transfer GmbH & Co.KG from 2019 to 2022. Esther also held the positions of CFO/Kaufmännische Leitung at Odgers Berndtson from 2013 to 2018 and GMG GmbH & Co. KG from 2011 to 2013. Esther's earlier experience includes being the Head of Compliance Europe at Claire's Inc. from 2006 to 2011, Manager Finance Transformation Practices at The Hackett Group from 2002 to 2006, and Consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting from 1999 to 2002. Esther began their career as a Business Analyst/Research Assistant at the United Nations in 1999.

Esther Schmid attended Reutlingen University from 1995 to 1999. During this time, they obtained a degree in International Business and graduated with a Diplom Betriebswirtin qualification.
